The results showed the importance of investing in talents for organizations' long-term success in the aspects of Work From Home Adaptation, Cooperative-level Coping mechanisms, and future directions for HCM. 5 Future directions of improvement for organizations' long-term success are: 1) creating guidelines on remote working to minimize potential isolation, 2) elevating employees’ overall performance through up-skill and re-skill training, 3) utilizing employees’ work satisfaction to increase productivity, 4) providing more mental health-related support, and 5) providing flexibility for employees.
