  • 1. University of Chicago

Description

In their positions designed to foster greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in the public sector, Black women are at the forefront of creating the knowledge and tools currently being used to address systemic inequities. To better understand the labor involved in those leadership positions and the practices they strive to cultivate, I interviewed three Black women in who work in local, state, and federal government.
