Description

The purpose of this paper is to examine Leo Strauss's illustration of Machiavelli's deliberate break with classical political philosophy through examining "Thoughts on Machiavelli." With the results of this investigation, I attempt to shed light on by the significance of Machiavelli for Strauss and his critique of modern political thoughts.
