Who's Afraid of Taylor Swift?

In late 2023 the online far right began circulating the theory that Taylor Swift was a government psychological operation (psy-op) being used in an effort to reelect Joe Biden to the presidency. Over the next few months this theory grew, shifted, and was pushed back against in interesting ways that reveal much about the modern far right movement in America. Specifically, their own beliefs as to their movement's weaknesses.
