School Choice Problem with Reserved Seats

We present a general model for the school choice problem with reserved seats. It allows schools to have multiple criteria when admitting students. We modify some well-known matching mechanisms to fit our model and construct the matchings. These matchings satisfy many welfare properties similar to those in the normal school choice problem. Further, we propose a procedure to improve efficiency and implement it into the mechanism. The properties remain after implementing the efficiency improvement procedure.
