Description

Using the instrumental variable (IV) approach, I estimated the U.S. domestic conventional milk demand elasticity using the state-level data. My regression outcome showed that, despite the emergence of a wide variety of dairy alternatives, the domestic demand for conventional whole milk is still inelastic.
